Easy to break in, not stiff as a board. The inserts are amazing and last for a very long time. I had the pro– rated ones for almost 2 years so it was time to get new ones, I didn‘t got the one I had before because it was just unaffordable. I tried 3 different styles from the same brand but size was too big, normally I order 7 but I thought a size big will be right thing as people recommend.. it never work. One other design wasn‘t my taste I still want to feel girly… no matter my shoes!! I do love them, the heel support is amazing, super comfortable, I like the materials and the protection. For experience I know they are great quality and last forever I will get another for sure.

I‘m usually a 7.5 but I got the 7.5W because my feet swell in the summer. Personal preference not becaue they run narrow. They were comfortable the first time out on the floor. I would recommend.
